❶ Ornament (as shown) | 4-sided Ornament | Select this option if you would like your ornament to look like the advertised ornament with your personalization. Include: Full name, monogram, birthdate, weight, length, time of birth and 1 photo

❷ Custom 4-Sided Ornament | 4-sided ornament | Choose this option if you would like to make any type of design change to the 4-sided advertised ornament (ornament shown). This includes adding more photos, changing the quote or any other design change desired. Be specific with your changes in the custom text box provided. A mock-up will be provided for your approval.

❸ 5-Sided Ornament | Choose this option to add a message to the bottom of the ornament. Your ornament will be designed just like our advertised ornament (ornament shown) with your personalization PLUS the additional message on the bottom of the ornament. Include: Full name, birthdate, monogram, weight, length, time of birth and 1 photo PLUS, add what you would like added to the bottom of the ornament. A mock-up will be provided.

❹ Custom 5-Sided Ornament | Choose this option if you would like to make any type of design change to the 4-sided advertised ornament PLUS add a message to the bottom of the ornament. This includes adding more photos, changing the quote or any other type of design change to the advertised ornament. Be specific with your changes in the custom text box provided. A mock-up will be provided for your approval.
