Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you experience an issue with your order — such as a damaged or defective item — please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item so that we can quickly assist you and find the best solution.

Please note that while we’re happy to help with items that arrive damaged, we are unable to take responsibility for issues caused by improper handling or care after delivery.
