I forgot to include personalization details with my custom order. What's the best way to correct this?
Because all sales are final and custom orders begin production promptly, providing the correct details at your earliest convenience is crucial to avoid delays or disappointment.

2.) Include Details: In your email, provide your full name, order number, and the specific personalization information.

How do I send photos for my photo ornament?
To submit a photo for a photo ornament, please follow these steps:
- Email high-resolution photos to Cheryl@MyPrimitiveBoutique.com.
2. Use the name on the order as the email subject line.
3. If multiple ornaments were ordered, send a separate email for each to avoid confusion.
4. Please do not crop the photos unless you are able to make them a perfect 'square'.
5. A mock-up will be provided for approval before production for those making custom changes or ordering multiple ornaments.
Are your signs suitable for exterior use, especially for events?
To preserve their quality, our signs are intended for indoor display. However, they are a beautiful and durable option for temporary outdoor events like a wedding or special occasion. We recommend bringing them indoors after your event to protect them from long-term exposure to the elements.
What is your policy for lost or damaged orders?
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, rest assured that we will handle the situation for you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will not hesitate to file a claim or take the necessary steps to find a solution. Please email us right away so we can begin the process.
To Report a Problem: Contact us immediately upon receiving your order with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please also include photos of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier. The photos are required by the carrier.
What is the process for tracking my order once it has been shipped?

Will I receive a mock-up of my order for approval?
To guarantee complete customer satisfaction, a mock-up will be sent for approval when custom changes are requested for an advertised product. If a standard item is purchased "as shown," a mock-up will not be sent unless requested. This allows production to begin more quickly, as mock-up requests for standard items often cause delays. Timely approval is greatly appreciated and helps keep the order on schedule.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Final Sale Policy: Due to the custom nature of personalized products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Can you guarantee a Christmas deliver?
Holiday Order Deadline: To ensure your handcrafted gift is delivered in time for Christmas, please place your order by December 5th.

Not exactly! 🎉 The 30 days you see is the latest possible ship-by date. Most orders ship much sooner since everything is made to order with care. So while we give ourselves a buffer, chances are you’ll receive your order well before that date. 💌
