SHIPPING INFO

• USA & CANADA: We ship orders through UPS (Ground) & USPS (Priority). ALL orders are insured.

• INTERNATIONAL (Overseas): We ship ALL International order through USPS (Priority). All packages are insured (unless insurance is unavailable).  DUTY TAX is not included and will be required upon delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay all DUTY TAX along with any other fees outside of the actual shipping cost by My Primitive Boutique.

• INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible to know the rules & regulations including Duty Tax of International Sales before purchasing.

• If you would like to have an order shipped via ‘Express’, we are happy to send you an invoice (via PayPal) for the difference. Please be sure to make this request in the section provided at the time of purchase. Invoice will be sent to the email address you provide once your order has been completed.

• My Primitive Boutique is NOT responsible for uninsured packages when insurance is not available.

• All Customers are provided with ‘Delivery Confirmation’ upon completion. Please refer to the tracking number provided before attempting to contact My Primitive Boutique for status & updates.

• Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or lost, we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf. Be sure to contact My Primitive Boutique immediately upon arrival.

• If your order arrives damaged, please be sure to include photos of the damaged item(s) including photos of the damaged packing. Please do not discard your order including the packing until further notice as an inspection by UPS or USPS may be required.

• Before placing an order, please be sure the personalized information you provide is correct (Spelling, Sizes, Colors, etc) before making a purchase as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

• If there is a problem with your order, please contact us, as we are happy to work with you.

• In the event that we are willing to accept an exchange, the item must be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of delivery. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are not refunded.

• Please inspect your order upon arrival. Please contact us immediately to report any discrepancies with your order. In the event there is an error and it is by fault of My Primitive Boutique, we are more than happy to make any corrections required to make it perfect at our expense.

* We do not refund 'Rush Fees'.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Please respect our production time. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please consider purchasing our ‘Rush Service’.

• Those who request to ‘Cancel’ an order at the time of purchase may be subject to a cancellation fee. As we intentionally provide a production time before a purchase is made and also provide a Rush Service if needed.
